Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all users of this Website (www.leaftolife.com.sg)

Local delivery (Singapore)

We strive to the best of our ability to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders will be processed once the transaction is confirmed.

  • Free local delivery for orders above S$150.
  • A flat fee of S$10 shall apply if orders below S$150.
  • Delivery timings are between 10am to 5pm on weekdays, except Tuesdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Change of address and contact number

Please notify us immediately if there is a change to your delivery address and contact number. Any such changes after submission of your order may incur additional charge of S$20 for redelivery. This is in addition to the original delivery charge (if any).

International orders

Please contact us to get a quote for the shipping charges before paying for the purchase.


Once you have placed your order on this Website, it is deemed as CONFIRMED order and cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel your order for the reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Payment authorization declined.
  • Out of stock of items
  • Phasing out of certain products

Delivery will be arranged by self-collection or courier service once your order is confirmed.


– Monday to Friday, except Tuesdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 9:30- 18:00

– You will have 10 business days to collect, when delivery confirmation is sent to you by email.

– It is necessary to present delivery confirmation note.

Delivery Service

Delivery timings are between 10am to 6pm on weekdays, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

– Standard Delivery: Deliver in 3 business days.
– Parcel will be delivered to residential or commercial address. P.O box address will not be considered as valid delivery address.
– No delivery to be made in public places such as bus stops, shopping malls etc.

Sebastian Liew Centre Pte Ltd (SLC) will take all reasonable effort to meet the above estimated delivery time but cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met.

Delivery Service

Each order will be delivered for ONE time only. Please ensure that:
– correct contact information is provided before checkout;
– parcel can be collected by you or authorized personnel at the delivery address and date.

In the event of an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or other reason, we will inform you failure delivery by email. In such situation, you are welcome to do self-collection within 10 business days. An additional charge $20 shall be incurred.
Each order will be delivered with standard packaging materials. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges.

Please note that SLC will not be responsible for any missing/lost parcel caused by incorrect shipping details being submitted.

No stock status 

In case of no stock status for certain items ordered by the customer, SLC will inform the customer via whatspp or email and will keep the customer posted on next best delivery date.






You must ensure that all relevant information is provided and successfully uploaded at the time of order submission, otherwise the order processing will be delayed.

Return Policy

SLC aims to maximize customer satisfaction. If you have any concern, please contact us by email or a call and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Return and Replacement for Products with Defect

In the event of damaged or contaminated products are found upon delivery, you are required to return such products to our office with original packaging and related official delivery note. Refund and Return Policy is applicable only for problems being reported within 7 days upon receipt of product.

We cannot guarantee that stock is ready for immediate replacement upon your report. However, we will do our best to get the replacement for you as soon as we can.

We only accept goods for return or refund due to damage or bad condition of product.

SLC does not accept return and replacement nor refund due to the following reasons including but not limited to:

– Personal preference and other reasons not relevant to product defect.

– Product issues due to inappropriate storage of customer.

– Gift or sample.

– Damaged or contaminated products not being reported within 7 days or without official invoice.

– Customer perceived ineffectiveness of the product without reasonable or enough evidence or fail to seek advice from our health professionals.

In case of any disputes, SLC reserves the right to final decision

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or a cheque payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that delivery charge is non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Returning address

To return your products, please send them to our office Sebastian Liew Centre Pte Ltd (SLC), 150, Orchard Road, Orchard Plaza, #07-06, Singapore 238841.

This Delivery and Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

SLC reserves the right to update this Delivery and Return Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
